Kejriwal said that they will implement strategies to bring the state back on track and AAP will stop illegal mining, cable and transport mafia "thriving" under the "political patronage".
He also said that if elected AAP government will also ensure severe punishment for the perpetrators involved in the sacrilege of Guru Granth Sahib so that nobody can even think of repeating it in the future.
Parkash Singh Badal government has failed to identify and punish the accused involved in the sacrilege of Guru Granth Sahib, he said.
Had they been the well-wishers of "Sikh Panth", both Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal would have acted swiftly and seriously in the Bargari case in which two persons lost their lives due to alleged firing by police on protesters against sacrilege of Holy book, he said.

He claimed that Badals have closed the corruption cases against Amarinder while the latter had approached Congress chairperson Sonia Gandhi to bail out Majithia from a CBI enquiry during the Congress regime at the Centre.
Had Amarinder not interfered, Majithia would have been behind the bars in multi-crore drug case, he said.
"But Aam Aadmi Party will put Bikram to jail and punish him for ruining the youth of Punjab by spreading drug trade," he said.
"Above all, corruption has been brought down considerably which helped them in generating revenue for schools and hospitals," he said.
