On Sunday, police had received a phone call from the businessman's wife about the kidnap. She said that her father-in-law from London (UK) had told her that kidnappers had demanded Rs 1 crore as ransom, Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Ravindra Yadav said.
After registering a case, a team of Crime Branch conducted raids in Mewat and Delhi and arrested one Javed and rescued the two victims unhurt, he added.
