Absconders in police net after 25 years

After evading arrest for 25 long years, two persons, accused in cases of theft and extortion, finally landed in police net in Kathua district today.
Mohan Lal and Mohinder Paul, residents of Sumwan area in Kathua district, were booked for cases of theft and extortion in 1988, police said.
The absconders were arrested during a routine police checking, they said.
