At least 250 delegates from various parts of the country, including Jammu and Kashmir and Arunachal Pradesh, would participate in the conference, ABVP All-India General Secretary Umesh Dutt told reporters here.
Claiming that India was passing through a state of "instability" due to "wrong" policies of the central government, issues that will be taken up will include scams, unemployment, commercialisation of education, naxalism and terrorism.
The Executive will also deliberate on bills like Higher Education and Research Bill, 2011, among others and give written suggestions to the central government.
It will also review its activities in various states and at the all-India level at the meeting, which will be attended by observer delegates from Pragik Vidyarthi Parishad Nepal, he said.
Two special talks on -- Kashmir and climate change --will be held on the occasion.
