According to ACB sources, RIL has been asked to submit all documents related to the issue by tomorrow.
The FIR by the ACB was registered on February 12, a day after then Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said the agency has been told to probe their alleged collusion over hike in prices of natural gas from KG basin.
When contacted, RIL spokesperson said, "As a responsible corporate, we cooperate with all government and regulatory agencies to the fullest. Accordingly, we will be responding to the communication tomorrow, but without prejudice to our legal rights."
RIL, he said, has challenged in Delhi High Court the constitutional validity of FIR lodged by the AAP govt.
"We further state that the very act of registration of an FIR by the state government to enquire into the policy decision taken by the Union Government is ultra vires of the Constitution of India for the reason that Constitution of India is a federal Constitution and the respective field of their jurisdiction in the matters relating to the Legislation and Executive are clearly demarcated," he said.
