The order was passed by Special judge G T Kadri.
There are a total of 22 accused in the case, including LeT operative and key plotter of 26/11 Mumbai terror attack Sayed Zabiuddin Ansari alias Abu Jundal.
"Momin was granted bail on the ground of parity as some other accused have already been released on bail," special public prosecutor Vaibhav Bhagade told PTI.
