Stating that the investigation into the case is in an advanced stage, Das said he would ask the police to send a team to Rajasthan to get the accused arrested.
Das' reply came after Jharkhand Vikas Morcha legislature party leader Pradip Yadav raised concern in the delay in arresting the accused though the victim had lodged an FIR on February 6.
Yadav also informed the chief minister that a court has already issued a warrant against the accused, who is a high official of a university of Rajasthan.
