The 37-year-old actor filed for divorce from Giselle on February 23, citing irreconcilable differences, reported Aceshowbiz.
Charlie and Giselle wed in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on April 25, 2015.
The nuptials were reportedly attended by his co-stars Matt McGorry and Katie Findlay.
He proposed to her right after the "HTGAWM" pilot was shot.
Apparently the marriage burned down but the split might not be messy.
The estranged couple has no children together and they signed a prenuptial agreement on April 17, 2015. Charlie has a 10-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.
