Chief Minister Raghubar Das also inducted three women - Payal Kashyap, Steffi Teresa Murmu and Dr Neha Tiwari, making it a 16-member committee, an official release said here today.
The decision was taken after the committee chaired by actor Anupam Kher decided to include women as there was none earlier.
Payal has been an actor for ten years and directed five Hindi feature films and made more than 50 albums.
Murmu, who has researched the tribal community's way of life and culture, has directed Santhali documentary 'Dela Bon Bota' and Ho language documentary 'Sari Bote'.
