"Now a days there are characters for which one has to look (in a) certain way. For 'Udta Punjab' I had to lose weight and for 'Shaandaar' I had to have that bikini look... I had to look desirable as a lady. It is boring if you (actors) keep looking same way in all your (their) films," the 22-year-old actress told reporters here at an event.
"We as actors need to create new look and try and be different for every character that we play portray. We hope to achieve a fit look," the "Student of the Year" star said.
"Udta Punjab" is an upcoming film starring Shahid Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt.
The "Highway" actress, would be sharing screen space with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan in Karan Johar's upcoming home production film.
