The 34-year-old singer made a profit of USD 300,000 on the 2,045-square-foot ranch-ranch villa in Los Angeles' Bronson Canyon, reported Hollywood Life.
The lavish pad boasts of two bedrooms and two bathrooms and was completely renovated with help of top interior designer Mark Haddawy.
Its furnishings include artwork by Andy Warhol and Jean-Michel Basquiat, a 1920s Persian rug and a bedside lamp shaped like an AK-47 gun, which was designed by Philippe Starck.
Besides its impressive interior, the hillside villa features a terrace along the back of the house which is adorned with an outdoor fireplace and boasts breathtaking views of the Hollywood Hills. A spiralling outdoor staircase leads to a more intimate terrace where Adam installed a rectangular swimming pool and an adjoining spa.
