This is the fourth formulation lab set up as part of the company's Research and Development (R&D) unit spread over an area of 10,000 square feet here.
"This new lab would now complete the end-to-end Research and Development cycle in India and will support both global market needs we well as domestic needs," ADAMA India President and CEO Ilan Levanon said in a statement.
It will also accelerate the process time of formulation as well as introduction of newer crop protection solutions for farmers. With this, ADAMA India intends to develop performance optimised differentiated solutions for farmers, which are cost effective and environmentally safe to use, he added.
ADAMA India, a subsidiary of Israel-headquartered ADAMA Agricultural Solutions, offers over 70 crop protection products in three categories -- herbicide, fungicide and insecticide.
