Adani Ports' CFO B Ravi resigns

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd (APSEZ) today said its Chief Financial Officer B Ravi has resigned from the post.
"We hereby inform that B Ravi has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the company w.e.f close of business hours on February 12, 2018," the logistics arm of Adani Group said in a BSE filing.
Shares of the company today closed 1.01 per cent higher at Rs 403.60 apiece on BSE.
