Adani Ports incorporates subsidiary MIGTPL

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd (APSEZL) today announced incorporation of a wholly- owned subsidiary named 'Mundra International Gateway Terminal Pvt Ltd (MIGTPL)'.
APSEZL has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary company on...May 17," the company informed the bourses.
MIGTPL belongs to port sector and is yet to commence its business operations, it said.

J Thulasidharan new chairman of CITI
* The Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI) today said J Thulasidharan will be the new chairman of the body.

He is Managing Director of Coimbatore-based Rajaratna Group of Mills.
T Rajkumar will be new Deputy Chairman of CITI, the industry body said in a statement.

The confederation is an industry chamber representing all the sub sectors of the textiles sector.
