Adele sells 2.85 million pounds townhouse

Singer Adele has reportedly sold her Brighton townhouse for 2.85 million pounds.
The 28-year-old singer - who has three-year-old son Angelo with partner Simon Konecki - has offloaded her abode in Brighton, south east England, just a year after splashing out 2.5 million pounds on the property, reported Contactmusic.
"Adele spent a lot of time in Brighton with Simon and their son but she's moving on. She has fallen in love with LA and will be spending a lot more of her time out in the States," a source said.
"She still has a number of properties in London so she will always have a home in England."

Adele is planning to spend eight months living in the US and has bought a plush Hollywood Hills pad for her, Simon and Angelo to live in.
