The division bench, comprising Justices S Tamilvanan and G Chokkalingam recently state this on a civil Miscellaneous Petition, seeking an order to appoint trustee-cum Chairman to the Board for better administration due to resignation of Justice A K Rajan, alleging 'humiliation' by the trustees.
The HC directed them to take over the administration and take immediate steps to pay salaries to staff, including teachers as per rules,attend day to day administration, verify assets, liabilities and statements, including cash on hand and at the Bank and also Income and Expenditure Account and submit it to the Division Bench dealing with the matter.
The Trust is administered by the Board of Trustees appointed by the HC as per the scheme framed by it on a civil suit of April 1 1999 from time to time, as per which their tenure is three years.
The present Trustees were appointed by the Court on Sep 18 2014.

Justice Rajan, a former HC Judge, was appointed to the post by the Court on Sept 18 2014 and took charge on Sept 20. He alleged humiliation by the trustees and opted to resign.
In this regard, 21 days notice should be given to the Public, it said.
The HC directed to place all applications with details of applicants, seeking appointment of Trustees, before the Bench.
It directed the Administrator General and Official Trustee to scrutinize all applications properly and place them with a detailed report before it for appointment of Trustees.
