According to police, P Mahesh, who is working as a legal advisor for a local firm, allegedly posted abusive messages and photos of the woman judicial officer on the social networking site.
He was arrested yesterday for "harassing and defaming" the judge after she lodged a complaint, police said.
"The advocate was booked under relevant sections of IPC and IT Act and arrested yesterday," Cyber Crime Police Station ACP S Jayaram said.
