Advocates of 26 western UP districts would join the protest at the offices of their respective district magistrates on November 7, Sardar Singh Bansal, secretary of Gautam Buddha Nagar District Court Bar Association, said.
"Litigants face problems in going to the Allahabad High Court which is far away," he said.
"Due to long distance, several litigants choose not to challenge orders although they are not satisfied (with the orders). Injustice has been done to them," Kalu Ram Choudhary, president of Bar Association Litigants, which has extended support to the demand for high court Bench in western Uttar Pradesh, said.
Currently, advocates hold strikes every Saturday.

"We prefer to suffer professional loss for the sake of litigants," Bansal said, adding that they want a Bench in any of 26 districts in western UP.
Several states in India has more than three High Court Benches, he said.
"We have sent our demand to central government too as the state government alone can not create a separate Bench of the high court," Bansal said, adding that he hopes for an early decision.
