The girl was allegedly raped on December 30 by 25-year old man in Dholia village, they said.
Shattered by the incident, the girl poured kerosene over her body and set herself afire.
"She was hopsitalised in Ajmer where her condition is stated to be stable," police said adding the accused was arrested last night.
