Swami's assistants appeared in the court to submit the application.
Judge Manoj Kumar Vyas allowed the application and has listed the matter for arguments on Tuesday.
"Swami himself will be coming on May 26 to argue on the bail application," said an assistant advocate, who appeared in the court with the application.
Swami had come to Jodhpur on April 23 and had visited Asaram in the jail, where he has been lodged for over a year and a half.
