A manhunt has been launched and raida are being conducted at various places in order to put him back to jail, Senior Superintendent of Police Garima Malik told PTI.
"As soon as the Supreme Court judgement reached us the police raided Rocky Yadav's house in A P Colony, but did not find him there," the SP said.
The police has filed an application in the court of Additional District Judge SP Mishra seeking non-bailable arrest warrant against Yadav to send him back to jail in accordance with the apex court judgement.
Rocky Yadav's mother and suspended JD(U) MLC Manorma Devi and her husband Bindi Yadav said the family respects the judiciary and their son would appear before the ADJ court tomorrow.

The apex court today stayed the bail granted by the Patna High Court on October 19 to Rocky Yadav in connection with the death of Aditya Sachdeva in the road rage incident- and thus making clear he will have to go back to jail.
The incident had triggered outrage across the country.
