Titled 'Air Fest Eastern Air Command,' the show is being organised at the Advanced Landing Ground (ALG) and will be opened for the public from 10:30 AM, officials said today.
Three MiG 27 aircrafts will fly past in a formation to mark the beginning the show and this will be followed by a breath-taking display of sky diving by an Air Force team, Eastern Air Command spokesperson Amit Mahajan said.
Air Force personnel and cadets of Air Wing NCC will also conduct display Remote Control and Control Line models as well as a display of static models of miniature aircrafts, the official said.
In addition, there will be an Arms and Ammunition stall on display where visitors could avail of the opportunity to handle weapons and experience the sight through Night Vision Goggles (NVGs), Mahajan said.
