The Gurgaon-headquartered no-frills airline had received the first fuel-efficient A320neo early this month.
Since then IndiGo has taken the delivery of three such planes, including the one received today.
"IndiGo has taken the delivery of its third A320neo aircraft today," an airline spokesperson said.
Airbus claims the new aircraft is 15 per cent more fuel efficient than the exiting versions of A320.
With this delivery, the budget carrier has a total of 107 aircraft, with 104 of them being A320s and rest A320neo planes.
IndiGo, which has ordered 430 such planes, aims to become an all-Neo fleet airline by FY-2022.
