The four-day event will be held at the Ambedkar Stadium and DPS RK Puram grounds.
The Delhi leg will be part of a three-month long programme, an initiative by telecommunications giants Bharti Airtel in association with Manchester United. Over 10,000 youngsters will participate in the programme across 16 cities in India.
The boys who turn up for the scouting programme will be put through the paces under the guidance of five coaches-cum-selectors, who will pick 120 of the most talented players to advance to the next phase. These players will be selected according to criteria based on the aspects mentioned in the Manchester United Scouting Guidelines.
Twelve talented players will be picked after talent hunt programmes at the 16 cities. They will undergo skill tests, real time match simulations, coaching clinics by Manchester United Soccer School coaches. They will get the chance-of-a-lifetime to attend a week long training camp with Manchester United in Old Trafford, England.
Besides Delhi, the talent hunt programme will be conducted in Mumbai, Goa, Kolkata, Bangalore, Calicut, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kochi, Shilong, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Pune, Lucknow and Jaipur.
