A post-graduate from Kanpur University, Dwivedi has been with ONGC for 34 years, holding key exploration-related assignments at different work centers, the company said in a press release here.
"Dwivedi has managed ONGC's prime exploration portfolios in Western Offshore: Kutch-Saurashtra, Mumbai Offshore and Kerala-Konkan Basin. Under his stewardship, Western Offshore Basin has achieved 109 million tonnes of oil plus oil equivalent gas including 4 discoveries," it said.
