"We want to create a clean and confident atmosphere in Jharkhand. Our vision document covering all sections of the society and sectors will definitely put the state in the top league of states (if voted to power)," AJSU president Sudesh Mahto said after its release at a function here.
The document among about 35 promises assures curbing corruption through empowered Lokpal and fast track courts.
Some of the other promises are - time bound service, total implementation of citizens' charter, e-tendering, redressing through internet and mobile-based complaints, population based new police stations for enhanced reach and better policing with district security force, women protection force and forest security force for giving 24x7 services.
Rajya Sabha member Parimal Nathwani, who was also present on the occasion, said development would be possible only when industries come to Jharkhand.
The assembly elections in Jharkhand are scheduled this year. The AJSU has six MLAs in the assembly.
