Some political parties were trying to gain political mileage out of this incident, he alleged.
On the Jawahar Bagh incident in Mathura, the chief minister said that state government exercised restraint in taking action in view of reports of presence of large number of women and children inside.
Based on the intelligence inputs, the police had to initiate action only after making full preparation and force availability but they (police) came under sudden attack when they had gone there for a reconnaissance, he told Naik.
Action against all those found guilty will be taken once the one member judicial commission submits its report, the CM told the governor.
