The proposed visit of Utaar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav to Ghaziabad has been deferred to January 29, a senior official said here today.

The chief minister has to inaugurate a high-tech police control room being constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 6.60 crore, which would link all mobile patrol units and improve working efficiency of the forces' in combating crime.
The high-tech control room is constructed at 47th PAC battalion premises Govind Puram.
The Chief Minister will also lay down foundation stone of Dilshad Garden-Ghaziabad and Yamuna Vihar-Loni-Ghaziabad metro rail projects and a six-lane flyover at Hapur Chungi here.
He will also inaugurate 18 other public utility schemes on which GDA will spend Rs 16 crore, Sharma said.
