Alec Baldwin wants to be a doting dad

"The Marrying Man" star Alec Baldwin, who is all set to become a father for a second time, wants to be a doting father.
The 55-year-old believes his divorce from his first wife, Kim Basinger, prevented him from being the father he dreamed of becoming to his daughter Ireland Baldwin, reported Contactmusic.
Baldwin is expecting his first child with second wife Hilaria later this year.
"The only thing that I regret was that I missed so much of my daughter's childhood because of this contentious situation. And that wasn't at all what I wanted. So I find that now I have another chance.

"I have my daughter coming and my wife, and I just want to get as far away from that fame as possible. You're probably going to be one of the last interviews I ever do," said Baldwin.
He married Hilaria in June, 2012.
