A day after announcing she's expecting her second child with Alec, the yoga instructor posted a photo of a baby boy footwear alongside her high-heeled boots, her husband Alec's loafers and their daughter Carmen's pink shoes, reported Ace Showbiz.
"So we have an announcement to make...Can you guess??" the mom-to-be wrote.
"Now, with this little baby growing inside of me, I will document for you how I am going to take care of myself while pregnant and beyond," she continued.
"There will be great tips if you are expecting or if you just want to learn really good exercises and nutrition tips....Here we go again!!! #hilariahealthy2015."
