The 64-year-old performed his first show at the iconic venue in 1972, and the 'School's Out' hitmaker attended a formal ceremony at the Square of Fame and posed alongside a bronze plaque featuring his immortalised handprints, reported Showbizspy.
"Wembley is one of those venues that gives you goosebumps when you walk in the door. It's high on the list of gigs that every band dreams of playing. We've been there so many times, it always feels like a homecoming and an honour to this day," Cooper said.
Music stars Kylie Minogue, Cliff Richard, Status Quo, Bryan Adams and Westlife have also left their marks in Wembley's Square of Fame.
