AIADMK today alleged in the Territorial Assembly that Puducherry has become a 'den for clandestine sale of ganja and other narcotics,' prompting the Chief Minister V Narayanasamy to assert that all steps would be taken to curb drug-peddling.
AIADMK member A Anbalagan raised the issue and showed a bundle of narcotics in support of his charge, before handing it over to Speaker V Vaithilingam.
Reacting to this, the Chief Minister said, "We will leave no stone unturned to prevent such sale."
