Arman Sehgal, a student of class 4, allegedly slipped and fell down outside his classroom, suffering severe head injury due to which he became unconscious, the police had said.
He was immediately rushed to a nearby private hospital where doctors declared him brought dead, they had said.
Arman's parents had lodged a complaint with the police against the school principal and the management in which they alleged that their son died due to their negligence.
She expressed disappointment over "laxity" in police action in arresting the management and the principal of the private school located in city's Indirapuram.

She said an FIR was lodged against under section 304 and 201 of the Indian penal Code yet no arrest has been made so far.
A magisterial inquiry was constituted by district magistrate Ministhy S on August 2.
Since then the management has closed down the school due to which inquiry and inspection has been deferred thrice, additional district magistrate (finance) and designated investigating officer Rajesh Kumar said.
They also alleged that the police had not deliberately arrested the culprits.
Meanwhile, a group of parents met deputy chief minister Dinesh Sharma, who was in the city to inaugurate a private hospital, and apprised him with the whole episode.
Sharma instructed Superintendent of Police, City, Akash Tomar to take action at the earliest and ensure justice.
