Almond (California) rose by Rs 100 to Rs 19,100-19,300 per 40 kg. Its kernel also went up by Rs 5 to Rs 690-700 per kg, respectively.
Marketmen said rising demand from retailers and stockists against restricted arrivals from overseas markets mainly attributed the rise in almond and its kernel prices.
