It also announced a top level management rejig, which included hiring two business heads from the rival KPMG.

The company elevated Vikram Utamsingh as the co-head for the operations in the country, while Nandini Chopra and Manish Saigal have been appointed as managing directors for corporate finance and commercial due diligence, respectively.
Chopra comes to the company from the rival consultancy firm KPMG, where she was a partner in the corporate finance practise, leading merger and acquisitions in the consumer and retail sectors.
