The "Mean Girls" star has called in the lawyers after the images appeared on a celebrity gossip website called Celeb Jihad - demanding that they be removed, reported TMZ.
According to a legal letter published on the website, the "very private" photos feature Amanda "in various states of nudity or in intimate moments with her former boyfriend", and that they were "wrongfully obtained" without the actress' consent.
Amanda - who is expecting her first child with current partner Thomas Sadoski - is not the only actress who has been targeted in the latest leak.
