Hitting out at his former party colleague Amar Singh, SP leader Ram Gopal Yadav today said he ruins whichever party he joins and they are now awaiting the fate of RLD in Lok Sabha polls.
"Amar Singh damages the party whichever he is a member of...Now, since he is with RLD the seats of both Ajit Singh and his son Jayant Chaudhary are in danger...We expelled him from our party, had he remained he would have finished our party," Yadav told media here.
Asked about Singh's remarks that as he hails from Azamgarh he can campaign for Mulayam Singh Yadav if the SP chief says so, Ram Gopal Yadav said, "It has to be seen how many votes he himself gets from Fatehpur Sikri from where he is contesting as RLD candidate."
On BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, Yadav said there was no Modi wave in Uttar Pradesh and SP would make his winning the Varanasi seat difficult.
On apprehension of terror attack on Modi, the SP leader said, "There is a lobby in the country which conspires against a particular section of society...There is an attempt to spread reports in this regard to benefit one party."
"BJP and RSS people have earlier also done this and put the blame on others," he added.
