Singh, who was expelled from the Samajwadi Party, formed the Lok Manch and contested in the last assembly elections, but failed to win a single seat.
Addressing a press conference here, Jaya Prada criticised both SP and BSP, saying corruption was dominant in both the regimes in Uttar Pradesh, and asked the people to vote for change in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections.
The Samajwadi Party MP from Rampur Lok Sabha segment, who had been suspended from the party, said during the current regime the people of Uttar Pradesh have been witnessing corruption and hooliganism whereas in the erstwhile BSP regime it was only corruption.
She appealed to the state government for the gates' reconstruction, saying "I will pay for the expenses as the gates have historic value.
