Amarinder condemns twin terror attacks in J-K,salutes soldiers

Condemning the twin terror attacks in Jammu and Kashmir, former Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh today saluted the soldiers who laid down their lives for the country while fighting the terrorists.
"We must feel proud of our brave sons who took on the terrorists and confronted them with courage and laid down their lives for the country," Singh said in his message here.
He said,"I salute their courage, commitment and sacrifice of which they have set an example for others to follow. Their sacrifice will always be remembered".
Capt Amarinder expressed shock and grief over the loss of precious lives.
"While the army had killed all the militants but precious lives of brave soldiers were lost," he said.
Expressing his heartfelt condolences to the families of Lt Col Bikramjit Singh and others, he said this was an irreparable loss and he and his party stood with them in this hour of grief.
Terrorists had yesterday stormed a police station and then an army camp in Jammu region, killing 10 people including an army officer in twin 'fidayeen' attacks after they sneaked in from across the border.
