Amitabh Bachchan praises 'Margarita, With A Straw'

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has lauded Kalki Koechlin starrer "Margarita, With A Straw", calling it a "brave" film.
Amitabh and his actress-politician wife Jaya attended the film's screening last evening here. The 72-year-old actor took to Twitter to praise the Shonali Bose-helmed movie.
"A screening of 'Margarita with a Straw' .. Sensitive well performed and brave original film ... Shunali Bose, :)," he tweeted.
The star couple, who were in the capital for Amitabh's Padma Vibhushan, have extended their stay here for niece Naina and actor Kunal Kapoor's wedding reception, which will take place today.
The "Shamitabh" star spoke about it in his blog.

"So a wedding in the family has brought together many old timers and friends and seeing them almost seems like a time lapse... Suddenly you wonder what happened to those years in between... For me they were unchanged, as were the people...," he wrote.
