The delegation has 26 students and four faculty members from the AMU.
AMU spokesman Omar Peerzada said the Rashtriya Rifles has organized this 'Sadhbhavna programme' for promoting mutual understanding between the common man in the state and people from other parts of the country.
Peerzada said the delegation will stay in Kishtwar and other adjoining areas for about a week.
The AMU community is second to none in the country for promoting the cause of national integration and peace in the country, he said.
