The 'Back to Black' hitmaker died three years ago at the age of 27 from alcohol poisoning, reported Guardian online.
The bronze statue depicts Amy holding her hand on her hip and sporting her famous beehive hairdo.
The likeness will be on display at the Stables Market in Camden, but the star's father Mitch Winehouse originally wanted it to be located at famous music venue The Roundhouse.
"Amy was in love with Camden and it is the place her fans from all over the world associate her with. The family have always been keen to have a memorial for her in the place she loved the most, which will provide fans a place to visit and attract people to the area," Mitch said.
