The selection was made at the zonal finale for the Bajaj Allianz Junior Football camp from the 250 finalists across the state, which concluded at Kozhikode on Saturday.
The camp will be held in association with FC Bayern Munich in August, a press release said here today.
The two winning teams from the finale were awarded cash prizes worth Rs 75,000 and Rs 50,000 respectively.
The winners were selected on the basis of their superior football skills by an eminent panel of judges headed by former India captain Jo Paul Ancheri.

The Kerala Grand Finale was held here from July 11 wherein 16 teams competed against each other in the qualifiers. Ernakulam won the finale and Murali was declared as the man of the tournament.
Commenting on the initiative, Saiju Philip, State Head - Kerala, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, said: "Over 5000 children from 1500 schools participated in the 4th season of the Junior Football Camp. This was a great initiative to explore football talent in the country as it gave them a chance to train with the one of the best football clubs in the world."
They would receive training scholarships under the Youth Development Programme of India's National Club - Mohun Bagan, on their return.
