"Andhra Pradesh offers a huge opportunity today. Now since India is growing, Andhra Pradesh can be a trend-setter," Naidu told PTI in an interview here.
He was speaking at the Make In India lounge here at the World Economic Forum (WEF) annual meet.
"It (Andhra Pradesh) can be a logistics hub for South East Asia and a gateway for India. That is what is going to happen," Naidu said.
The state has got vast natural resources and raw material including water, minerals, education and human capital, he said.

"I am appealing to all investors from all over the world. Everyone will have to look at India. They do not have any other option and while looking at India, they should look at Andhra Pradesh," Naidu said.
"On knowledge resources, we are number one. On resources, we are among the top and much better than many other states," he added.
Faced with the challenge of building the state of Andhra Pradesh after Telangana was carved out last year, Naidu has been making all out efforts to bring more investments and global companies into his state.
The tech-savvy Chief Minister, who is credited for making Hyderabad (which is now part of Telangana) an information technology hub, is visiting Davos after a gap of more than a decade.
