The accused Prem Ram, Shivraj, Inder Prakash, Lokesh Thapa and Mohit Joshi were arrested by a joint team of police and STF on a tip-off, SSP Neeru Garg said.
Two pieces of leopard skin, as many bear bile bladders and one musk gland was seized from them, she said.
The accused had come from Chamoli to Dehradun to deliver the animal parts to a customer who is yet to be identified, she added.
