The designer's autumn winter collection was inspired by nature and through her line Dongre gave a message of how important it is to make fashion sustainable.
Like all her other collections and her brand Grassroot, this line was also a tribute to India's handcrafted traditions.
Titled 'Earth Song', the designer through the collection promoted the love for forests and also made a one-minute video depicting the same.
The colour story also depicted the same nature love with blues, browns, reds, mustards, orange and leafy greens taking the forefront.
The contemporary collection featuring croptops, pants, jackets, dungarees, kurtas, dresses, skirts and parallels were mostly made of linens, hand spun silks and Bhagalpuri weaves.
The decor with all the tree branches hanging from the ceiling and small plant installations around the ramp area was in sync with the theme of the show.
