An unidentified male masseur has sued 'Pulp Fiction' star for USD 2 million and now another man has come up with a similar story and a lawsuit, reported Aceshowbiz.
The second guy said he has "substantial documentation and numerous witnesses regarding the substance of Travolta's actions. Both share the same lawyer, Okorie Okorocha.
This second alleged victim said Travolta stayed at an upscale resort in Atlanta, Georgia on January 28, 2012 under the name White.
The masseuse was booked for an in-room massage which he didn't usually do but could not turn down because his co-worker declined to take over.
Travolta's representative and lawyer had denied the first sexual harassment accusation and counter sued the lawyer and the man.
"The problem in America is anyone can sue anyone. However, in this case this unidentified plaintiff and his lawyer will regret they filed this fabricated suit. We intend to sue both of them for malicious prosecution," said Travolta's lawyer Marty Singer.
