"The minimum temperature recorded this morning was 14.5 degrees Celsius, five notches below yesterday's 19 degrees Celsius," a MeT official said.
The humidity at 8.30 AM was recorded at 67 per cent.
However, the weatherman has predicted the sky to turn partly cloudy afternoon onwards.
"While the sky was mainly clear in the morning, it is likely to turn partly cloudy noon onwards. Some traces of rain might be received in few areas," he said.
The maximum temperature is likely to settle at 26 degrees Celsius.
