Another rainy day in Delhi

Rains continued to drench the national capital, keeping the mercury within normal levels that made it a pleasant day for Delhiites.
The Safdarjung observatory, recording of which is considered official for the city, received 15.9 mm of rain till 8.30 AM and recorded 9.8 mm rainfall after that till 5.30 PM, said a MeT department official.
The maximum temperature settled at 35.1 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average while the minimum temperature was recorded at 25.4 degrees Celsius, two notches below the normal.
The MeT office has forecast overcast conditions along with the possibility of one or two spells of rains and thundershowers for tomorrow.
"The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to settle at 33 and 25 degrees, respectively," the weatherman said.
Yesterday, the minimum temperature was recorded at 26.5 degrees Celsius, while the maximum settled at 31.1 degrees Celsius.
