Another witness turns hostile in Moga bus molestation case

Another witness in the Moga bus molestation and death case turned hostile today.
In the court of Additional Sessions Judge Rajinder Aggarwal here, Balraj Singh, an employee of Orbit Bus who appeared as witness in the case, said he knew nothing about the deceased 13-year-old girl, her mother, and brother and if they had boarded the bus on April 29, 2015.
Balraj also stated he did not issue any ticket to them.
So far eight witnesses, including the deceased girl's mother and brother, had appeared in the case and they had turned hostile.
The next hearing has been fixed for May 17.

A 13-year-old girl died after she was allegedly molested, along with her mother (45), and thrown off the moving bus, owned by Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal's family on Moga-Kotkapura road in Moga district a year ago.
